In April of 2018, the Penn State Outing Club was banned from going outside by university administration. In response to the shutdown of one club, College Outside’s goal is to support the growth and development of collegiate organizations nationwide so that every student has the opportunity to go outside.

College Outside understands the main issues faced by student leaders, as well as the most effective solutions.
