Although he grew up downhill skiing and spending time outside with his family, Nik truly found his passion for outdoor adventures when he joined the Bowdoin College Outing Club. There, he completed the Outing Club’s leadership training program and learned to kayak and raft guide. A road cyclist, mountain biker, and whitewater paddler, Nik’s favorite days are ones spent playing outside, especially when he’s with friends. When he’s not outside, Nik likes to perform with one of Bowdoin’s improv comedy groups, play ultimate frisbee, and discuss the 2007 cinematic masterpiece, “Hot Rod.”
